Delivery & Shipping

Plushology™ offers two shipping options, standard and priority.

Standard shipping costs vary by destination. Orders shipped by this method leave our warehouse within 5 business days of being placed. If you're in the contiguous United States, your order will be delivered in 3–5 business days, excluding the 5-day handling period. Alaska and Hawaii may take 5–10. If you're an international customer, delivery may take up to 10–28 days, depending on where your order is going.

Priority shipping costs also vary by destination. Orders shipped by this method leave our warehouse within 5 business days of being placed. If you're in the contiguous United States, your order will be delivered in 1–3 business days, excluding the 5-day handling period. Alaska and Hawaii may take 2–4. We don't offer priority international shipping at this time.

Handling time is two business days, regardless if your order contains a personalized item or City/State plush. The cut-off time for 5-day handling is 11:00am EST. For example, if an order is placed before 11:00am EST on a Monday, it will ship by end-of-day Friday; if instead the order is placed after 11:00am EST, it would ship by end-of-day the following Monday. Please note that shipping and handling timeframes always relate to business days. Business days are Monday–Friday from 8:00am–5:00pm.

We ship with USPS, and as such orders may certainly be delivered to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Once your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier, we no longer have control over the timeframe in which it gets to you. If the carrier experiences delays due to weather or other causes, please understand that we are not responsible. Of course, it's our best interest to get you your order as quickly and seamlessly as possible and we will do everything within our power to make sure you get your plush in a timely manner.
